A legal disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of services provided by Construct-Tech Solutions. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. The T&C establish the legal relationship between you (the customer) and Construct-Tech Solutions.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to persons over 18 years old. By using our website or services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Services and Third-Party Platforms

Construct-Tech Solutions uses third-party platforms and services to create and deliver the services offered to our clients. These platforms include, but are not limited to:

  • Wix for website services,

  • Jotform for forms,

  • Google for analytics and other services,

  • AutoCAD, Microsoft, and Adobe packages for design and development.

All services and products offered through these platforms will be clearly communicated to the client before payment is made. We will also inform clients of any third-party software or tools used to complete their project. Construct-Tech Solutions ensures that only qualified professionals carry out the work required, and this will be confirmed with the client prior to the project’s acceptance.

Payment Terms

Payments for services can be made directly through the website or via bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, an automated invoice will be sent via the Wix platform.

  • Payments are required in advance once the client accepts our offer.

  • Invoices must be paid promptly. Failure to pay within three (3) days of the invoice due date may result in the cancellation of the service.

  • If payments are missed or delayed, all materials related to the service must be removed by the client, and legal actions may follow if the situation is not resolved.

Intellectual Property

All designs and materials created by Construct-Tech Solutions for the client remain the property of Construct-Tech Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client may request to own the legal rights to the design or service, which may incur additional fees. These arrangements will be confirmed in writing before the commencement of the project.

Construct-Tech Solutions will retain ownership of all design work, intellectual property, and any associated resources unless specific agreements or financial support from the client indicate otherwise.

Cancellation and Liability

Clients are responsible for their own website and service once delivered. Construct-Tech Solutions is responsible for the design and support, but we are not liable for any transactions or payments made by the client through third-party platforms.

If a client fails to make payment, the project and service will be suspended until payment is received. Non-compliance may result in legal actions.

Updates

Any updates to the services, Terms & Conditions, or policies will be communicated to the client via email. While updates are typically made annually, they may be updated sooner if necessary. Clients will be notified when changes occur.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
